THE FITCH FUEL CATALYST IS BACKED BY A 90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS, RETURN THE UNIT FOR A REFUND. (Provided the installation instructions were followed and the return of the product is based either on product defect or dissatisfaction with the product's performance.)
WARRANTY: (Official EPA Language)
The Fitch Fuel Catalyst device is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 250,000 miles (defined by EPA in 40 CFR 85.2114), five years, or 5,000 operating hours from the date of installation.
Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace any failed or defective device, or return the purchase price to the buyer. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from collision, abuse, improper installation or failure to maintain the device as stated in the written instructions for proper maintenance and use. Return the defective device along with dated proof of purchase to the distributor from which the device was purchased so that distributor may handle your warranty claim in an expeditious manner.
Pursuant to 40 CFR 85.2114, the manufacturer warrants that the installation of The Fitch Fuel Catalyst on a vehicle will not cause the emissions noncompliance of the engine on which it is installed for the life to the catalyst from the date of installation. The manufacturer under this warranty will reimburse purchaser for all reasonable expenses incurred as a result of honoring a valid emission performance warranty claim which arises because of the use of the certified aftermarket part.
NOTE: Be sure to have a strong and accurate base line and follow all installation instructions and mounting suggestions before installing the Fitch unit. Accurate data collection is suggested to effectively assess the full benefits of the catalyst.

Note 1: When in doubt always use the next larger unit. It is impossible to over treat the fuel, but it is possible to under treat. If the appropriate Fitch unit is not used, maximum results will not be obtained.
Note 2: Some Cars and Trucks containing aftermarket performance enhancing parts or exceedingly high horsepower may require larger size unit or additional drop in units.
Note 3: For larger engines or higher fuel flow rates, contact your local dealer for recommended application.
